Located in Egypt’s New Cairo, Zen Business is a mixed-use building with 2 basement floors, a ground floor, and 9 floors. The ground and first floor feature retail shops, while the second to ninth floors feature office spaces. This is in addition to a 3-level basement allocated for parking purposes.

The project aims to create a mixed-use building that will offer a variety of offices and commercial units of different types. The building offers a range of facilities and utilities, including a reception area, direct access to utilities, and a rooftop terrace. It also includes a gym, a cafe,  customized spaces and personalized designs.
