Allen is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SWC. He is a pharmacist, entrepreneur and an investor focused on identifying opportunities at the intersection of innovation, technology, and long-term value creation.
He has developed a disciplined approach to commercial real estate investing, specializing in acquiring strategically located retail spaces, securing the necessary licensing and approvals for pharmacy use and leasing them to leading pharmacy operators under long-term agreements. His investment philosophy emphasizes value creation, capital preservation, and the generation of consistent passive income through high-quality real estate assets.
As Chief Executive Officer of SWC, Allen leads the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio development across venture capital, public equities, and real estate. He oversees the firm’s long-term vision, with a focus on sustainable value creation and delivering attractive risk-adjusted returns.

Matt Altokhy
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Matt Altokhy is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of SWC. With a background spanning healthcare, real estate, and private investments, he brings a diversified perspective to identifying and evaluating investment opportunities across global markets.
Matt began his career in the healthcare sector before expanding into real estate and venture capital investing. Over the years, he has developed experience in sourcing, assessing, and supporting businesses across multiple stages of growth, with a particular interest in technology-driven and high-growth companies.
As Managing Partner, Matt leads investment execution and portfolio management initiatives, working closely with founders, operators, and stakeholders to create long-term value. His approach combines analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and a commitment to building lasting partnerships.
